ATLAS flips training on its head
Most training feels like learning stuff in school. You listen, you nod, then you forget.
You don't learn to do things by listening. You learn by trying it for yourself.
ATLAS teaches you to make courses where people learn by doing. They explore. Ask questions. Try, fail, and try again.
So when people leave your session, they're not just remembering what to do, they're ready to act.
This course could be the right fit for you
" I need teaching tips "
The voluntold trainer
You didn't set out to teach — but now it's part of your role. You're leading workshops, onboarding new hires, or training teams. And while you care about doing it right, no one ever showed you how.
" I want to teach better "
The Self Improver
You know your stuff. Everyone turns to you for help. But when it's time to explain it clearly, or build a proper session, it feels harder than it should.
" I need a clearer plan "
The Rebuilder
You've run training before, but you didn't get the results you hoped for. You're ready to rebuild from the ground up, this time with a process that works.
" Just give me the instructions "
The High-Performer
You have a lot to say, and you understand that good training is about keeping it clear, simple, and well organized. Now you just need a solid plan and tools that make sense.
What You'll Get:
- A proven framework | Go from "where do I start?" to "I get how this works."
- Hands-on practice | Build your own lesson from the ground up, one step at a time.
- Peer feedback | Share honest feedback with people who understand the work and want to help you get better.
- Personal coaching | Insightful, wildly practical guidance from someone who's helped hundreds of trainers grow.
- A great lesson | A finished lesson you built from scratch, and the confidence to deliver it anywhere.
You won't just learn what to do.
You'll learn how to think like a trainer.

Meet Your Instructor:
Robert Conrad's work, and his life, are rooted in curiosity and a deep interest in how people grow.
He taught himself astronomy and then went on to change how thousands of people learn to read the sky.
He lived alongside wild deer for years in the Okanagan, studying their rhythms with care and humility.
In his spare time Robert climbs mountains alone, in the dark just to photograph the first light of day.
