The Challenge
Colliers is a global real estate services and investment management company. It needed to scale their junior broker training. The program was delivered using webinars, instructor-led training and coaching, but it was difficult to manage the increasing demand for the program.
Their goal: blended learning that leveraged the expertise of senior brokers and met the demand across multiple offices and time zones.

The Results
