The Challenge

Home care workers needed to use the Procura Mobile app for scheduling, documentation, and client visits—but many were unfamiliar with mobile tech. Traditional reference manuals were too slow and confusing to be useful in the field.

PHSA needed something fast, visual, and easy to access on the go.

What We Did

We designed an animated, interactive manual directly in PowerPoint. It featured clickable screens, step-by-step walkthroughs, and tooltips that showed users exactly where to tap.

We created it on-site, responding in real-time to the questions and issues staff raised as they began using the app for the first time.
